By purchasing from Karamea’s Kauta Kakahu, you agree to the following terms:

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Some items are offered as pre-orders. Production begins after orders are confirmed.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Pre-order items require approximately 3 weeks for production and shipping from our overseas manufacturer before dispatch within New Zealand. Estimated timeframes may vary slightly due to manufacturing or shipping delays beyond our control.

PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in NZD. Payment must be completed at checkout using approved payment methods.

ORDER CHANGES

Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible as production may already be underway.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to limited edition and pre-order production, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Exchanges are only available for faulty or incorrect items.

PRODUCT VARIATION

Colours and design placement may vary slightly from images due to manufacturing processes and screen displays.
